The ex-vice-president of The United States Al Gore and the Intergovernmental Group of experts on climatic change (IPCC) of United Nations will share the Nobel Prize on the Peace 2007, as reported this Friday the Swedish Academy. This way, the Foundation recognizes the efforts and the labor so much of Gore as(like) of the IPCC concerning(around) the public concienciación on the threat of the global warming. The speaker of IPCC, Carola Traverso Saibante, confessed after knowing the news that was " a surprise " to achieve this recognition and to share it with Gore, since, as he(she) declared, " we had been equal of happy if only he(it) had received the prize because it is a recognition of the importance of this topic ".

El ex vicepresidente de Estados Unidos Al Gore y el Grupo Intergubernamental de expertos sobre Cambio Climático (IPCC) de Naciones Unidas compartirán el Premio Nobel de la Paz 2007, según informó este viernes la Academia sueca. Así, la Fundación reconoce los esfuerzos y la labor tanto de Gore como del IPCC en torno a la concienciación pública sobre la amenaza del calentamiento global. La portavoz de IPCC, Carola Traverso Saibante, confesó tras conocer la noticia que fue "una sorpresa" lograr este reconocimiento y compartirlo con Gore, ya que, según declaró, "hubiésemos sido igual de felices si sólo él hubiese recibido el premio porque es un reconocimiento de la importancia de este tema".
